Project Details

Network Cabinet Organisation

We organised the existing network cabinet, tidying up cables and repositioning equipment for a cleaner, more accessible setup.

This reorganisation not only improved the cabinet's appearance but also facilitated easier maintenance, troubleshooting and overall airflow.

Patch Panel Installation

To streamline connections, we added a new patch panel, making it easier to access and manage network connections.

This setup simplifies cable management and allows for quicker adjustments or expansions as needed.

Quality CAT6/6A Patch Cables

We used high-quality CAT6/6A patch cables to ensure strong, stable connections between devices.

These durable cables are built to last, providing fast data transfer and reliable performance to keep the network running smoothly for years to come.

Cable Rewiring and Re-crimping

We rewired and re-crimped existing cables to enhance connection quality and eliminate potential signal issues. Over time, cables can be subjected to wear and tear, which may cause loose connections or reduced performance.

By carefully preparing and securing each cable end, we ensured a strong, stable connection that will hold up over the long term, improving both reliability and overall network performance.

Wireless Access Points Upgrade

We upgraded the wireless access points across the residence to enhance coverage and provide stronger, more consistent Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the property.

With further reducing of WiFi dead zones, compatible devices are now able to connect to WiFi 6E.

Ethernet Activation

Existing Ethernet points in various rooms were re-activated and connected to a new switch, replacing the previously malfunctioning unit.

Router Replacement

The outdated router was replaced with a modern, high-performance model to improve the overall speed and reliability of the network.
